Naleer has over 25 years of finance and accounting experience in the South Asia and Middle East region.

Naleer is the Group Finance Manager for iib and oversees all finance activities of The Bahamas operations. He has developed extensive expertise in managing financial operations across a diverse range of sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, shipping, and trade finance. Naleer’s strong analytical skills and deep understanding of financial systems enable him to lead strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and profitability. He has a proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that the company’s financial activities align with both corporate objectives and industry standards. His diverse experience across these sectors equips him with a broad perspective on market dynamics and a unique ability to navigate complex financial environments.

Naleer holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Madurai Kamaraj University in India.

Zubair is a seasoned banker with more than 35 years of extensive experience in retail banking and relationship management with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI).

He started his banking career in 1985, Abu Dhabi, with Bank of Credit & Commerce
Emirates (BCCE) where he worked for 16 years. Following this, Zubair joined Faysal Bank, a reputed bank in Pakistan, where he worked as AVP – Mortgage Loans. Subsequently, he was appointed as a Branch Manager by an International Bank in Bahrain, in 2005, and later was promoted to Head of Retail and Wealth Management. Zubair managed to deliver a breakthrough by successfully arranging an US$ 270mn in deposits in retail banking from diversified business in his 13-years tenure from HNWI, Businessmen, and Royal Families.

Zubair holds an MBA from the University of Missouri, USA (Abu Dhabi Campus).

Khaled joined iibGroup in 2023, as a skilled business analyst and MIS professional with 2 years of experience in the banking industry.

With a strong foundation in both business and technology, he has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive organizational success. He excels at bridging the gap between business and IT, translating complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications. He possesses a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, enabling him to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation. He has successfully delivered complex projects and implemented innovative solutions that drive organizational growth and efficiency.

Khaled holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the American University of Science and Technology in Beirut.

Kayvaughn is a dedicated banking professional with extensive experience in administrative operations, customer service, and sales.

Before joining iib, she worked with Bank of The Bahamas Ltd, where she held key positions as Account Opening Officer and Senior Teller. During her tenure, she developed strong expertise in account management, client onboarding, regulatory compliance, and cash handling—skills that reflect her operational precision and client-focused approach. Her professional background also includes experience as a Trade Marketing Executive, where she demonstrated strong capabilities in territory management, client relationship building, and sales development.

Kayvaughn is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (Finance) and holds certifications in Supervisory Management and Banking.

Khurshid has over 35 years of financial, management and entrepreneurial experience gained in a wide variety of commercial sectors.

He has worked in corporate and investment banking, power generation and healthcare. He held senior positions of responsibility including CEO of a listed power generation company (with market capitalization of $1.2bn), CFO of a sovereign wealth fund (with assets of $16bn) and COO of a commercial bank (with assets of $250m).

He is experienced in raising finance, both equity and debt, from working with corporate finance professionals, interacting with international commercial banks (from whom he raised $1.2bn) and multilateral lenders such as the World Bank (from whom he raised $1.6bn). He has also personally invested extensively in financial services and healthcare businesses.

Khurshid is a Chartered Accountant (FCA). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the London School of Economics and a postgraduate diploma in Law from Manchester University.
