Khaled joined iibGroup in 2023, as a skilled business analyst and MIS professional with 2 years of experience in the banking industry.

With a strong foundation in both business and technology, he has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive organizational success. He possesses a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, enabling him to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation. Khaled holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the American University of Science and Technology in Beirut.

Hasan joined iibGroup in November 2022 as a skilled financial analyst, specializing in financial modeling and financial statement analysis.

He excels in preparing comprehensive project appraisals that guide strategic decision- making and conducts in-depth analyses of financial statements to evaluate investment opportunities. With a strong background in developing automated financial tools and conducting feasibility studies, Hasan is committed to driving innovative financial solutions that support the growth and success of the organization.

Hasan holds a Bachelor degree from Kingston Universtiy in London and is currently pursuing his CFA Level 1.

Khurshid has over 35 years of financial, management and entrepreneurial experience gained in a wide variety of commercial sectors.

He has worked in corporate and investment banking, power generation and healthcare. He held senior positions of responsibility including CEO of a listed power generation company (with market capitalization of $1.2bn), CFO of a sovereign wealth fund (with assets of $16bn) and COO of a commercial bank (with assets of $250m).

He is experienced in raising finance, both equity and debt, from working with corporate finance professionals, interacting with international commercial banks (from whom he raised $1.2bn) and multilateral lenders such as the World Bank (from whom he raised $1.6bn). He has also personally invested extensively in financial services and healthcare businesses.

Khurshid is a Chartered Accountant (FCA). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the London School of Economics and a postgraduate diploma in Law from Manchester University.
