Sabiha has a professional experience of over 2 decades at senior level management positions in based in Singapore, Hong Kong and London.

She has a track record of building new businesses in emerging markets along with a specialized focus on fund management, equity trading, advisory services and regulatory frameworks. She has worked on several corporate finance transactions ranging from fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, convertible debt, restructuring and tender offers. Sabiha has served as a Director at TPL Corp, NCPL and Rovida Asset Management. She is a Venture partner at Integra Partners, formerly Dymon Asia VC. Prior to that she was working at Cenkos Asia, as Director – International, where she was providing strategic and regulatory advice to its clientele.

She has served as Director of Asian Equity Sales at Standard Chartered Singapore, Director – Head of Sales at JP Morgan, Pakistan and was a fund manager at Societe Generale Asset Management. Sabiha holds an LLB degree in Law from the University of London, Westminster. She is a qualified barrister from the UK, a member of Lincoln’s Inn and is licensed for CMFAS Module 1B and 6 in Singapore.

Mehhdi has over 15 years of experience in corporate and investment banking, with a strong expertise in structured finance, corporate finance advisory, strategic advisory, restructuring and capital markets.

His adeptness extends to having collaborated and structured numerous transactions spanning various countries and sectors within the EMEA region.

Before his tenure at iib, Mehdi was based in the Netherlands, where he held a pivotal role within the EMEA pricing & structuring team for OmniBridgeway, a leading global institution specializing in investments in legal and distressed assets. Preceding this, Mehdi devoted more than a decade to corporate finance advisory and corporate & investment banking responsibilities at eminent global and regional financial institutions such as Société Générale in France, AXYS Group in the United Arab Emirates, and CDG Capital in Morocco.

Mehdi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics as well as a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Orléans in France. He can communicate fluently in Arabic, French, English and Spanish, with a proficient comprehension of Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, and Maltese.

Faisal, is a career banker with more than 35 years of extensive experience in international corporate banking.

He started his banking career in 1978 with Bank of Credit & Commerce International where he worked for 16 years, based in Frankfurt and London. Following this, Faisal joined an investment bank in Nigeria where he worked as Executive Director – International in Lagos. Subsequently he joined UBL in Qatar in 2005 as VP- Head Corporate Banking and later was promoted to EVP -Country General Manager for Bahrain, spending a total of 6 years in the GCC. In 2011, Faisal was appointed CEO of UBL Switzerland AG, a 100% owned subsidiary of United Bank Ltd Pakistan, where he actively pursued the Trade & FI business and facilitated key changes in Management and Board positions. He revamped the business model, trade factory and operations, recording a five-fold increase in trade volumes by diversifying trade business with new territories, resulting in consistent double-digit growth, with ROE of 9% and trade volumes in excess of USD 1 billion.

In his most recent role, he was Group Head Trade Finance with UBL UK with the mandate to establish a trade unit in the country. Faisal holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Karachi, Pakistan
