The international investment bank (iibCV) in partnership with the Cape Verde Stock Exchange (BVC), supports the holding of the Stock Exchange Tournament, within the scope of the Global Money Week, an international event that aims to raise awareness among young people about the importance of financial issues.<\/span><\/p>\n

With the support of iibCV, through the financial contribution established and participation in the organization, it was possible to ensure the participation of students from all over the country, from Santo Ant\u00e3o to Brava, as well as to create another paid professional internship to be granted, under the tournament, to the runner-up.<\/p>\n

The Scholarship Tournament is aimed at students regularly enrolled in undergraduate courses in Higher Education Institutions established in Cape Verde and aims to stimulate and promote education and financial literacy, encourage the habit of saving, awaken to the importance of investment in boosting the economy and identify, encourage and promote young talents.<\/p>\n

In this way, the 3 best classified and the respective Educational Institutions were awarded: the 1st place with the opportunity to carry out a 6 (six) month internship at BVC; the 2nd place with the opportunity of a 3 (three) month internship at iibCV and the 3rd place with the opportunity to carry out training in an accredited training entity in Cape Verde.<\/p>\n
