The international investment bank S.A. (iibCV) was invited to participate in the event “The Customer Summit” in Portugal. The bank was represented by the Head of Marketing, Nelson Leocadio, who participated as a speaker in Panel 2 – Customer Success – Innovative Strategies to Reduce Churn and Increase Recurring Revenues.
Nelson enthusiastically shared valuable insights, as well as the most relevant experiences of the iibCV team in dealing with its people and its clients, as well as the various strategies adopted that contributed to the internationalization of the Cape Verdean financial market and its Social Responsibility policy.
The edition of The Customer Summit brought together more than 4,000 and 19 speakers, in one of the largest online events in the world on Customer Experience (CX) and Customer Success (CS).
